This is what to expect in your session:
After greetings and pleasantries, an intake of your existing health issues and your health goals will be discussed.
You will set your goals based on your priorities. We will decide on a reasonable timeline for achieving these goals.
Your progress on the plant-based program will be monitored to illustrate your progress in reaching your goals.
You will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, accomplishments, challenges, and goals. You will receive guidance, suggestions, support, and ideas, and we will both celebrate your accomplishments!
